Panasonic is a brand I like long ago. There, with the Lumix G1, I rediscovered the pleasure of my old SLR … aucn without limit of film! Moreover, I loaded my camera with two 4GB SDHC memory, a Lexar and SanDisk (almost equivalent to the test) and it purrs! Otherwise, I have not tried everything, thanks to the way “artificial intelligence”. But the various subjects carried out, portrait, sports, air show … showed excellent results (color, contrast ..;) and referred to is the top that is either the viewfinder or LCD. Finally, I took the two available targets: truly complementary and appropriate to my use. There is no video … or coffee! it is a camera that makes the picture! everyone’s job! although it did not mirror, it makes a nice sound that I’d like to cut sometimes including burst mode, but I have not figured out how. In short, an excellent camera, really nice red / maroon, small, light … make you happy.

Most:
This device is amazing. The picture quality is excellent.
The sensor resolution is really powerful.
When magnified image in photoshop, we detail until the end of the pixels. (Incredible)
Proper treatment of noise up to ISO 800 (the images are clean).
The bokeh in TV mode is soft and noiseless video, it showcases the net plans.
The Pentax optics are excellent but not supplied in large telephoto lenses (300mm max!)

What is to be regretted:
The Liveview not very conclusive.
No real video mode (21 fps in 1.6 mpx).
Burst mode 3.5 fps enough.
Rather heavy box.
No telephoto lenses beyond 300mm
The lack of Pentax accessories on the market devoured by Canon and Nikon. (which are no better in quality despite their higher price)
