I took this camera about a month now. It is my first camera after running a decent point and shoots. Advice to friends who know more about photography that I, together with positive experiences with my SD850IS pressure towards a Canon camera. I decided to go with the T1i on the XSi thanks to the ability of creative mode rebel video and automatically.

The video is beautiful, isn’t that something of I has found much use until today. Perhaps once more functionality yet calculated, deepen even more. Produces good video with audio sub-pair (only for the microphone in the camera). Creative unattended mode has really helped me to get some better unattended mode with no fear of avvitate up an adjustment and ruins photo shooting.

Until now, I has added a second battery with cable remote shutter, a speedlite 430 release EX II of Canon and a lens for Canon 50 mm / F1. In retrospect, I had almost bought without interchangeable lenses and updated to Sigma 18-50/F2.8 EX DC macro lens. It is more expensive, but a faster objective and would do better in lower light.

In General, very pleased with the camera.

And couldn ‘ t be more satisfied with Amazon.com. Twenty-nine days after having received my camera was sold to significantly lower due to a decrease in the price. I have tried video memory consumption rate the day I, there is no problem for the testing of 20 minutes. * Update kingston – I returned a kingston, sent a new tab as bad as the original slow, indicating a kingston are all mot will work in the camera.

* A another update with a card video extreme l SanDisk 8 GB has not worked well, bar buffer at all. Perhaps should be a list recommended sdhc cards and t of others are the problems that I did.

I have tried my T1i for video mode memory usage, here’s the results using a SanDisk 8 Gig Extreme III:

T1i memory video for a rates using the file in 1 minute.

1080 Mode 282 M

How 194 720 MB

How 131 480 MB

The following is for 5 minutes file

1080 = 1,383 MB.

720 = 988 MB.

480 = 638.

Any 1 clip can be 4 GB maximum, then following is an approximate length of the clip max

1080 for 14 minutes

720 20 minutes.

480 30 minutes.

These figures are approximate, as the video content will affect the compression and the amount of memory used really, but these are fairly close to one average waiting time. He did a little round are therefore probably down side can get perhaps a little more time, but not very much, a minute.

You can shoot video as paper held, any 1 continuous clip can have more than 4 concerts.

My best XTi, my Nikon d200 is better, my Nikon d40 is better in the Department of noise. Influenced by the iso to speed up my shutter and some catch seemed very dirty/dusty slides I from the 70.
